This course equips emerging and experienced leaders with spiritual, emotional, and practical insights for leading with authenticity, authority, and resilience. This course draws from biblical principles and personal experiences, emphasizing the importance of character, submission, spiritual authority, and navigating adversity. Participants will explore how to lead with a tender heart, face tests and trials, overcome betrayal, and walk out their God-given authority. By examining the stories of biblical figures and modern challenges, leaders will gain insights to develop a heart-centered, Christ-like approach to leadership.

In this course, you will learn how to let go of the bondage of insecurity in leadership and learn to lead in the freedom that comes from believing that any situation can be turned around given enough time and the right type of leadership. Learn how to take responsibility for situations and gain the confidence to find solutions to any problem.
